What to expect from this website and the Fight Life Subscription.

Welcome to my website and thank you so much for checking it out! I wanted to give you a breakdown of everything I'm offering and the mindset behind it. My goal is to share some of the amazing journey I've been on so far in hopes that it will resonate with and motivate others.


Apparel

  1. This clothing brand has been such a long time coming! Its message (posted on the Home Page) is one that means so much to me it has been a catalyst for making hard choices for the sake of self-improvement for years and I want to not only share that message with you all but also find my tribe of like-minded people to carry the banner. The FNXN Basics line is only the beginning and I CAN'T WAIT to show you what I have planned for the future!

What Fight Life (the subscription) is:

  1. A behind-the-scenes look at the strength and conditioning I've been doing for the last several years to be in shape for MMA fights. If you want a new challenge, follow along with the workouts and see how you stack up!

  2. Intense. This training requires a high level of exertion and is not intended for beginners or those with health issues. However, you can adapt the workouts to meet your own needs.

  3. Unique. I haven't come across training quite like this in all my years of athletics; some methods are similar but not the same. It is difficult, especially in the beginning, but I got addicted to seeing the progress I made and the changes it brought about in my level of fitness, my mind, and my body composition. Muscle confusion is one of the main principles employed here so there is constant variety in the workouts- you won't get bored!

What Fight Life is NOT:

  1. Personal Training; you are free to adapt my workouts to your needs and level of fitness. I will offer some basic guidance on the movements when I feel it's needed or specify the focus of the workouts but I will not be adapting them for each individual.

Recipes:

  1. For the most part, I eat gluten-free and often substitute goat's milk products for cow's milk so most of the recipes posted will fall within those lines. I love food and was crushed when I learned I needed to go without some of my favorite foods so I've made it a hobby to create or find alternative recipes that I don't feel bad about eating...minus the occasional indulgence because you gotta live your life!

  2. Nutrition has become an accidental hobby/borderline obsession of mine through the years so I like to eat food that I know is giving me nutritional benefits. I will provide calories, macros, and some of the health benefits for each recipe.

  3. I am not a professional chef...I dabble. These are just recipes that I enjoy and hope you will too. I'm constantly experimenting and trying to make them better but, again, this is not my job and a lot of the time I just make shit up so feel free to make any changes you like (and let me know!)

  4. I do a lot of meal prep so I like recipes that are quick, easy, and can be made in large quantities.

Articles

  1. I want to give you guys an insider look at a unique lifestyle. While I'm still an amateur fighter, I've been training for five years now and my life has changed drastically because of this sport. These articles will cover several different topics relating to my training, recovery, nutrition, and the work that goes into it all. I'll talk about my daily schedules, how fighting changed my mentality, what it's like being inside the cage, etc.
