My Story
When I was a collegiate athlete my coach told me to "be adaptable, not adapted." Until then, I valued consistency and stability above all else and I kept to the things I was good at. The more I heard him say this though, the more I fell in love with the idea of allowing change to be a vehicle for personal evolution.
When I became a Massage Therapist my goal was to help people perform in life and in sports to the best of their abilities, to function at full capacity, and thus, my company FNXN (pronounced "function") was born. The ever-adaptable Red Fox became my mascot and I vowed to live a life that pushed the boundaries of my comfort zone in search of my potential, all the while helping others to work through their own performance goals and injuries.Â
Enter MMA: the single most challenging pursuit I've ever engaged in, physically and mentally. The very nature of the sport demands adaptation to difficulty and opposition and there is ALWAYS more to learn; it is a never-ending journey of transformation I fell in love with.
This site and its offerings represent the culmination of all these principles I've spent years trying to develop and live by and I am excited and humbled to share this bit of my soul with you all.
